Siva joined Dynamo Analytics in February 2021 and is a qualified actuary with experience across life and general insurance in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia. Siva started his actuarial career in life reserving, later moving on to roles involving risk and capital management, Solvency 2 implementation, reporting and finance transformation.
Prior to joining Dynamo, he was the Principal at a consultancy in Malaysia, supporting clients on pricing, risk management and strategy. He was also the appointed actuary for several (re)insurers.
When not working, Siva enjoys reading, cooking, and travelling.
Issy started her career at the PRA in 2012, after graduating with a BSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Sheffield. Issy originally joined Dynamo back in 2015, spending three and a half years in actuarial consulting. After gaining risk management experience within a top tier Lloyd’s managing agency, Issy returned to Dynamo in 2021 as our Actuarial Project Manager. Issy will support the delivery of our clients’ business transformation projects which rely on both consulting and Psicle.
Issy is passionate about problem solving and innovation. Outside of work Issy enjoys tennis, reading and baking and is hopeful that the Dynamo running club will motivate her to sign up for a long-distance run in 2021…
Liesbet joined Dynamo in February 2021 as a Graduate Actuary in the South African office. She completed her BCom Actuarial Science (Hons) degree at Stellenbosch University and is studying to become a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (ASSA). During her studies and vacation work, she gained some exposure to R, SAS and VBA and is keen to develop her coding skills further.
Outside of work, Liesbet has a range of interests including reading, sewing, playing soccer, and doing yoga. She also enjoys cooking, especially vegetarian meals even though she is not a vegetarian. Liesbet is excited to start her career at Dynamo.
Fun fact: During 2020 she, along with a few friends, produced and distributed face masks.
